Bridesmaid Sashes!

Hopefully I didn't scare anyone off with my last post. My skin is doing MUCH, MUCH better - thanks to some last-minute microdermabrasion and some serious soul-searching.


I'm also going to purchase the TRIA blue light (it just came on the market) and the Clarisonic brush, and hope for the best. I have been going back and forth between going back on Accutane or not, but if I do that, it's the only thing I can do (no microderms, no blue light, nada...) If we're at 1 month out and breaking out horribly, I will probably start it again just to clear up oil quickly.

Now, onto fun things.

I am purchasing my bridesmaids these super-fun and super-cute sashes for their dresses. I even mocked up a comp to see what this will look like (below.)


I'm buying these rosebud sashes from seller heartoflight on Etsy and she's giving me a sweet discount. Still frivolous, but I'm hoping these will be super cute in pictures and give their dresses a little extra pizzaz.

I'm hoping they look OK with the navy blue in their dresses - you know, it's hard to match these things sometimes. But I figure hey, if they're a little different, so what? The flowers will add texture and help break up any differences in color. I hope. :)
